If you have lost your AIS login credentials you can always reset your administrator user account password by following the instructions below. 

1. Determine the version of AIS you're currently using, refer to video for instructions. 

2. Download the corresponding version of the AIS password Reset utility. 

• AIS 3.2.1 or <   =  Use AIS Password 3.2.1 Reset Utility
• AIS 3.3.0 or >   =  Use AIS Password 3.3.0 Reset Utility

3. Extract the downloaded AIS Password Utility Zip file.

4. Run the AisResetTool.exe located inside the Bin folder. 

5. Enter the following user name and password to run the utility.

• user: service
• password: service

6. Press Start and you should receive a confirmation that password parameters were reset. 

7. Open AIS and you will be prompted to enter a new password for the user: administrator

8. Create a password with at least one Capital letter, a Number, and a Character.
